In my film’s direction, I ruled out the many cliches of horror movies. On a bright day, how to create fear without a drop of blood is the difference between my film and other horror films.
Son majored in film and acting at Seoul National University of the Arts and Sogang University’s Graduate School of Motion Picture Studies. He has acted in commercial feature films and dramas. As of mid-May 2024, he was nominated for Best Director at the 25th Chicago Horror Film Festival and has been invited to 17 film festivals around the world, winning eight awards.
