If there is any violation of these terms and conditions, the KKIFF will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words "Contents of the Site" are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by KKIFF.

Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as it depends on user's monitor.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. The KKIFF will not be related or involved to any such website if the user's content/product(s) get damaged or their is a loss with any connection to a third party site.

Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on KKIFF that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.

Cinema Ticket

• Any purchase of tickets will be noted as a donation to the Kota Kinabalu International Film Festival 2024.

• Tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, cannot be re-sold and void if altered.
• Each ticket admits (1) person only.

• Please provide booking confirmation code at the KKIFF 2024 Cinema Ticketing Front Desk before entering the cinema.
• Movie tickets purchased online are strictly non-refundable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstances except for technical error such as double paid.
• Seating for movie ticket purchased via the remote sales channels is available on a "best available" basis which is carried out by a prescribed computer program. Under some circumstances (where you will be notified) you may be allowed to choose your seating (subject to availability).

Return and Refund Policy
There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the subscription has been confirmed or payment has been made.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, then we will give you as much notice as possible, and discuss the matter with you and try to agree a suitable alternative. If you are not willing to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full price to you.
